At the resting point, De Reutelvallei, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Reutelbeek valley from a bench. By the way, you sit there along the Oude Kortrijkstraat, which emphasizes its historical importance. It is a road that originated very naturally to go from Kortrijk to Ypres. Although less attractive to cars because of its many curves, it is very heavily used by recreational cyclists. After this sight, be sure to enjoy a walk in the nearby Reutel forest, or a drink on the terrace of De Merlijn or De Reutel.
