Individual and group visits to the museum
- You do not need to book an individual visit. Tickets can be purchased here.
- A group visit (minimum 15 people) requires a reservation! Reservations are also required for educational visits.
The webshop
Reservations for free or guided visits can be made via the webshop. If you are already a customer, you can request your account via [email protected]. If you are a new customer, you can create a new user via the webshop.
Reservations for an educational visit, combi-tickets, Platoon Experience or Battlefieldtour can only be made by e-mail by sending your reservation request to [email protected], stating the following details:
- Desired date and time of visit.
- Number of students/adults.
- Name of the group.
- Name, address and telephone number of the group leader.
- VAT and company number.

Tips for guided group tours
The Tourist Office and the Passchendaele Museum have experienced, competent and quality guides, not only for a tour of the museum, but also for the sites. These guides are allocated according to language and target group. Minimum price for a guide is €70 (first 2 hours).
Reservations can only be made by e-mail by sending your reservation request to [email protected], stating the following details:

- Number of students/adults.
- Name of the group.
- Name, address and telephone number of the group leader.
- VAT and company number
Reservation requests
