Les Allemands construisent la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.toerismezonnebeke.be\/zien-en-doen\/stellungen\/\">position Flandern I<\/a> pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;elle. Des barbel\u00e9s barrent le passage \u00e0 des bunkers camoufl\u00e9s. Ils sont couverts de branches et de filets ou, comme Tyne Cottage, se trouvent \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;une habitation.<\/p>\n<h2>Le cimeti\u00e8re de Tyne Cot et la Croix du Sacrifice<\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;artillerie persistante fait voler en \u00e9clats le camouflage \u00e0 la fin de 1917. L\u00e0 o\u00f9 se trouve le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.toerismezonnebeke.be\/zien-en-doen\/tyne-cot-cemetery\/\">cimeti\u00e8re de Tyne Cot<\/a>, seuls cinq bunkers se d\u00e9tachent dans le paysage. Le plus grand sert de poste de soins m\u00e9dicaux. L&rsquo;enterrement sur place des soldats morts au combat est le point de d\u00e9part du cimeti\u00e8re. Symboliquement, apr\u00e8s la guerre, la \u00ab\u00a0Croix du Sacrifice\u00a0\u00bb est plac\u00e9e sur le bunker.
