Tickets can be purchased here.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A group visit<\/strong> (minimum 15 people) requires a reservation! Reservations are also required for educational visits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>The webshop<\/h2>\n<p>Reservations for free or guided visits can be made via the webshop. If you are already a customer, you can request your account via booking@passchendaele.be. If you are a new customer, you can create a new user via the webshop.<\/p>\n<p>Reservations for an educational visit, combi-tickets, Platoon Experience or Battlefieldtour can only be made by <strong>e-mail<\/strong> by sending your reservation request to reservaties@zonnebeke.be, stating the following details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desired date and time of visit.<\/li>\n<li>Number of students\/adults.<\/li>\n<li>Name of the group.<\/li>\n<li>Name, address and telephone number of the group leader.<\/li>\n<li>VAT and company number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Important documents:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>General terms and conditions group reservations 2022<\/li>\n<li>House rules Passchendaele Museum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Tips for guided group tours<\/h2>\n<p>The Tourist Office and the Passchendaele Museum have experienced, competent and quality guides, not only for a tour of the museum, but also for the sites. These guides are allocated according to language and target group. Minimum price for a guide is \u20ac70 (first 2 hours).<\/p>\n<p>Reservations can only be made by e-mail by sending your reservation request to reservaties@zonnebeke.be, stating the following details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desired date and time of visit.<\/li>\n<li>Number of students\/adults.<\/li>\n<li>Name of the group.<\/li>\n<li>Name, address and telephone number of the group leader.<\/li>\n<li>VAT and company number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Reservation requests<\/h2>\n<p>Reservation requests are processed in order of receipt. Due to the large number of requests, it may take several working days before you receive a reply.
